Analyst, Private Wealth Solutions, Client coverage support Benelux and France
We are looking for an enthusiastic analyst with a great interest for a career in Asset Management to join our France & Benelux sales team.
You will have the opportunity to work with experienced professionals by participating in expanding our Private Wealth Channel throughout the region. This role also constitutes a real opportunity to learn about investments, financial markets and the various departments working with the sales & investment teams.
About Private Wealth Solutions
Private Wealth Solutions (PWS) was established to answer the growing demand for Blackstone products from high-net worth investors. Partnering with many of the world’s largest private banks and wealth management firms as well as family offices, Blackstone’s PWS team packages and delivers the full breadth of Blackstone’s alternative product capability to these firms and their clients and provides ongoing product and advisor support, as well as education and training around alternatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Join the France & Benelux PWS Sales Team to ensure exceptional client service by responding to inquiries and collaborating with colleagues across Blackstone and PWS
- Support the full fundraising cycle by working with global and local teams on client onboarding, product launches, roadshows, and post-launch services
- Collaborate with all functional areas within Blackstone PWS, including Marketing and Business Development, to complete projects and support product initiatives
- Develop and maintain prospective investor lists for specific products, ensuring content is current and data is clean
- Work with the Sales team to expand and maintain the Salesforce database, including client classification processes
- Prepare background notes for investor meetings and assist with ongoing research projects
- Manage marketing materials and data room access, resolving any related issues
- Collaborate with the Events and Admin Team to organize speakers and venues across business units
- Participate in fund-related initiatives, including launch calls and client meetings
Experience:
- Ability to speak Dutch and French is mandatory
- Ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of professional experience
- A plus to have experience from the financial services industry (alternatives, asset management, investment banking)
- Strong interpersonal skills with proven ability to build and maintain a positive and cooperative relationship with key internal and external stakeholders
- Demonstrated ability to write effectively and strong communication, presentation and client service skills
- Superior organizational and time management skills
- Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy on work deliverables
- Desire to work in a team environment, across multiple geographies but also able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Candidate should be energetic, self-motivated, and a team-oriented individual who thrives on challenges in a dynamic environment - often under pressure to meet demanding deadlines
