Public Affairs Overview:
Public Affairs is focused on strengthening the Blackstone brand and supporting our business groups. The team is responsible for the firm’s external messaging and reputation, social media presence, communications to and amongst our employees, and managing all aspects of the firm’s brand.
Program Description:
Blackstone's Corporate Affairs Summer Analyst Program is 10 weeks in length and will provide participants broad exposure to the Firm. The Program offers Summer Analysts experiential learning opportunities to improve technical and soft skills. In addition to the role, Summer Analysts will participate in professional development programming, inclusive of innovations skills-based content and professional and peer networking. The program will help develop growth mindset, creativity, critical thinking, and leadership.
Job Description:
Summer Analysts will work across the Public Affairs group, providing strategic insight to all of Blackstone’s businesses including, private equity, real estate, credit and insurance, life sciences, growth equity and infrastructure, among others.
Responsibilities:
- Helping prepare communications rollouts around firm announcements
- Preparing briefing notes ahead of media appearances
- Maintaining media databases
- Writing social media, website, newsletter, and blog content
- Conducting due diligence research and monitoring media clips
- Supporting quarterly earnings
- Supporting event organization and staffing
- Monitoring editorial calendars
Qualifications:
Candidates should exhibit strong organizational and communications skills and an interest in public relations. Candidates should be self-motivated, outgoing, team-oriented. Strong writing, analytical, research, evaluation and presentation skills are important.
Requirements:
To be considered for the 2025 Summer Analyst Program, applicants must meet the following criteria:
- Currently enrolled as an undergraduate student
- Anticipated graduation date: Fall 2025– Spring 2026
- Resume must include expected graduation month/year and GPA
The 2025 Corporate Affairs Summer Analyst Program is an experiential program. An experiential role is designed to provide valuable knowledge and does not have the opportunity for an offer of employment at the conclusion of the program. Blackstone can never guarantee an offer of employment following the completion of one of our programs. Being selected to participate in this year’s Program does not preclude applicants from applying to other opportunities with Blackstone.

Expected annual base salary range:
$70,000 - $70,000Actual base salary within that range will be determined by several components including but not limited to the individual's experience, skills, qualifications and job location. For roles located outside of the US, please disregard the posted salary bands as these roles will follow a separate compensation process based on local market comparables.
Additional compensation: Base salary does not include other forms of compensation or benefits offered in connection with the advertised role.
