Blackstone's Marketing team protects and strengthens the Blackstone brand while advancing the firm's business objectives. The Content Marketing Lead will serve as the bridge between Blackstone Marketing and the firm’s $432 billion Credit and Insurance (BXCI) business.
In this role, you will develop and implement a global content strategy aimed at financial advisors, individual investors, and LPs. The successful candidate will bring innovative thinking to how the business reaches and communicates with investors, prospects and other industry stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
Develop and execute a content marketing strategy for BXCI; collaborate with content creators in Institutional Client Solutions (ICS), PWS, and Blackstone Marketing and work with these teams activate across appropriate channels.
Monitor and report on content/campaign performance to understand what drives investor/stakeholder action.
Serve as subject matter expert for credit content within marketing.
Partner with BXCI leadership, Public Affairs and Government Relations to help shape the public narrative around the business.
Ensure alignment, consistency of messaging and branding across the BXCI business and the Blackstone brand.
Partner with perpetual strategies content lead to maintain strong connectivity to the Private Wealth Solutions (PWS) business to support product marketing efforts.
Plan and execute marketing activities around key business themes, opportunities for thought leadership, fund launches/raises, high-profile announcements and initiatives, etc.
Collaborate with other teams within Blackstone Marketing (design, video, events) to deliver creative services in support of the above tactics; ensure flawless and timely execution.
Qualifications:
10+years of relevant experience in integrated marketing and communications with a focus on credit markets/investing.
Experience in developing and executing a content strategy for multiple channels; strong writing is required, including the ability to ghostwrite.
Experience interacting with C-suite executives.
Ability to handle both strategy and execution while building/scaling a new function.
Exceptional attention to detail.

Expected annual base salary range:
$175,000 - $250,000Actual base salary within that range will be determined by several components including but not limited to the individual's experience, skills, qualifications and job location. For roles located outside of the US, please disregard the posted salary bands as these roles will follow a separate compensation process based on local market comparables.
Additional compensation: Base salary does not include other forms of compensation or benefits offered in connection with the advertised role.
