Private Wealth Solutions was established to answer the growing demand for Blackstone products from high-net worth investors. Partnering with many of the world’s largest private banks and wealth management firms as well as family offices, Blackstone’s Private Wealth Solutions team packages and delivers the full breadth of Blackstone’s alternative product capability to these firms and their clients and provides ongoing product and advisor support, as well as education and training around alternatives.

Blackstone's Summer Analyst Program is a 10 week in-person experience, offering participants extensive exposure across the firm. This program provides Summer Analysts with valuable guidance through mentorship, continuous feedback, technical and soft skill training, networking opportunities with professionals across the firm, and the unique chance to fully immerse themselves in Blackstone's culture.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is keen to gain experience at a world class alternative investment firm, and work in one of the fastest growing businesses at Blackstone. In addition to gaining substantial product knowledge and supporting the growth of PWS in the region, the role will also provide Summer Analysts with experience in sales, legal documentation, product operations, marketing, strategic planning and more.

Job Description:
The Summer Analyst will be supporting the PWS distribution business in the region. The role will be involved in multiple functions across PWS, including but not limited to, Sales, Investor Services, Product Strategy, Business Development and Marketing.

  • Support multiple projects and initiatives including conducting market research, project management for product launches, participation in internal product teach-ins and client sessions, execution of distribution agreement negotiations, investor due diligence, marketing material requests, roadshow coordination and the fund closing process.

  • Work closely with PWS members globally and interface with various internal stakeholders including legal/compliance department, finance and other groups within the firm.

Qualifications:

  • Strong analytical, financial and problem solving skills;

  • Desire to work in a team environment, across multiple geographies;

  • Demonstrated ability to write effectively; Strong communication and presentation skills;

  • Creative, articulate and ability to effectively understand and convey complex concepts

  • Superior organizational skills; and

  • Familiarity with financial markets, investment strategies, products and relevant regulatory frameworks.

To be considered for the 2026 Summer Analyst Program, applicants must meet the following criteria:

  • Currently enrolled as a fulltime undergraduate or master’s degree student. If you are pursuing a Master’s degree, you should have no more than 1 year of fulltime working experience

  • Anticipated graduation date: students who graduate in between mid-2026 to end 2026

  • Resume must include expected graduation month/year and GPA/WAM

  • Resume must be in PDF format

Summer Internship Program Commencement

  • November 2025 to January 2026 (10-week)
