Reporting to the Global Talent Lead for Real Estate, the Blackstone Talent & Organization Real Estate Associate will be responsible for enabling Blackstone Real Estate portfolio companies (“portco)” to execute on key talent, organizational and compensation initiatives. This includes supporting BX RE Talent and Compensation leads in the communication, deployment, execution, and project management of key human capital strategic capabilities across the portfolio globally. By ensuring seamless and efficient execution, the associate will help forge trusted advisor relationships both with the Real Estate Asset Management team and the portco leadership teams globally.
Key responsibilities include:
- Collaborating with Portfolio Talent Lead to drive critical talent initiatives.
- Supporting the annual portco review process across the Americas, EU and Asia regions.
- Partnering with the Executive Compensation Lead to drive effective annual compensation, KPI and goal setting processes.
- Facilitating the contact profile creation and document management of all opportunistic introductionsinto contact management systems.
- Partnering with portcos to support the execution of annual organizational assessments and organizational design initiatives.
- Supporting the ongoing reporting requirements for Blackstone Real Estate Talent.

In addition to the above, the successful candidate must meet the following additional qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in consulting or similar professional services environment.
- Proficient in the use of analytical tools, database management and the creation of executive level briefing packets.
- Experience in project management for multi-workstream initiatives across a distributed client set preferred.
- Communicates effectively across a diverse set of stakeholders in a sponsor backed corporate structure.
- Experience operating in a talent/human capital adjacent function preferred.
- Experience operating in a global context across the US, EU and Asia preferred.

Expected annual base salary range:
$140,000 - $165,000Actual base salary within that range will be determined by several components including but not limited to the individual's experience, skills, qualifications and job location. For roles located outside of the US, please disregard the posted salary bands as these roles will follow a separate compensation process based on local market comparables.
Additional compensation: Base salary does not include other forms of compensation or benefits offered in connection with the advertised role.
