Blackstone Private Wealth was established to answer the growing demand for Blackstone products from high-net worth investors. Partnering with many of the world’s largest private banks and wealth management firms as well as family offices, Blackstone’s Private Wealth team packages and delivers the full breadth of Blackstone’s alternative product capability to these firms and their clients and provides ongoing product and advisor support, as well as education and training around alternatives.
The Chief Administrative Office (CAO) function within Blackstone Private Wealth plays a critical role in supporting the firm's global operations, driving organizational efficiency through business administration and employee engagement and executing on special projects that drive business growth. As a key function within Blackstone's Private Wealth Solutions division, the CAO supports the team in its mission to deliver world-class investment solutions and lasting value to individual investors.
Key Roles & Responsibilities:
- Support global operations for the division, working closely with all functional teams to drive efficiency, scalability, and process improvements aligned with firm goals
- Foster a high-performance and collaborative culture, including through events and programming
- Develop and oversee administrative processes and frameworks, including onboarding, data permissions, office planning, administrative support model and governance
- Design and oversee best-in-class training and development programming across all functions
- Lead cross-functional special projects aimed at driving business growth, collaborating with teams across Private Wealth and the broader firm
- Engage with employees globally across all levels, including executive leadership, to drive initiatives forward and deliver results
Requirements:
- Minimum of 7 years of experience, preferably in wealth management.
- Outstanding record of academic achievement and professional accomplishment.
- Strong judgment and leadership.

Expected annual base salary range:
$185,000 - $200,000Actual base salary within that range will be determined by several components including but not limited to the individual's experience, skills, qualifications and job location. For roles located outside of the US, please disregard the posted salary bands as these roles will follow a separate compensation process based on local market comparables.
Additional compensation: Base salary does not include other forms of compensation or benefits offered in connection with the advertised role.
