Blackstone seeks a motivated professional to join our marketing team, with a focus on real estate product marketing for Blackstone Private Wealth.

Private Wealth was established to answer the growing demand for Blackstone products from high-net worth and retail investors. Partnering with many of the world’s largest private banks and wealth management firms, as well as family offices, Blackstone Private Wealth packages and delivers the full breadth of Blackstone’s alternative product capability to these firms and their clients and provides ongoing product and advisor support, as well as education and training around alternatives.

This role will be focused on marketing for our evergreen private real estate fund, BREIT. This individual will partner with internal and external stakeholders to manage BREIT marketing materials, activate content globally, and contribute to strategic marketing plans for the product.

Responsibilities:

  • Partner with Blackstone Marketing, Real Estate, and Private Wealth Sales on all aspects of product marketing strategy

  • Maintain BREIT marketing collateral, guiding updates through the approval process and ensuring materials are adapted appropriately for international audiences

  • Collaborate with global marketing colleagues and internal creative teams to develop and activate product content via web, e-mail, virtual events, and more

  • Manage the BREIT marketing team’s calendar of marketing plans and tactics

  • Ensure flawless execution of all marketing activity across channels

  • Partner with global sales teams to collect feedback, refine marketing deliverables, and meet regional needs

  • Contribute to cross-product marketing efforts and/or special projects related to BREIT

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of marketing experience in financial services; experience in alternative investments preferred

  • Strong writing, communication, and project management skills

  • Exceptional attention to detail

  • Works well in a team environment and collaborates with partners across Blackstone

  • FINRA Series 7 and 63 licenses preferred

Expected annual base salary range:

$92,000 - $125,000

Actual base salary within that range will be determined by several components including but not limited to the individual's experience, skills, qualifications and job location. For roles located outside of the US, please disregard the posted salary bands as these roles will follow a separate compensation process based on local market comparables.

Additional compensation: Base salary does not include other forms of compensation or benefits offered in connection with the advertised role.
