Job Description:
Summer Senior Associates will work on companies in a wide range of industries on potential investments, acquisitions, analysis of potential exit opportunities, and the monitoring of current portfolio companies. Summer Senior Associates are involved in transaction due diligence, valuation analysis, and the negotiating of contracts and other agreements. The relatively small size of this group offers Summer Senior Associates the opportunity to work closely with senior members of the firm and to have extensive interaction with management teams and external advisors.
Responsibilities:
- Investment research.
- Financial analysis, valuation, and modeling.
- Industry and competitive analysis.
- Business diligence.
- Drafting of memoranda for internal and external use.
- Assistance in the execution and financing of transactions.
Qualifications:
Blackstone seeks to hire individuals who are highly motivated, intelligent, and have demonstrated excellence in prior endeavors. In addition to strong analytical and quantitative skills, the successful candidate should have strong communication skills, a demonstrated ability to write effectively, and a desire to work in a team environment. A solid knowledge of business strategy, finance, and accounting is desirable. Prior experience in private equity is preferred.

following criteria:
- Full-time MBA student graduating between December 2026 and July 2027
- Fluency (reading and written) in English and Japanese
- Resume must include expected graduation month/year.

Summer Internship Program Commencement
- June to August 2026 (10-week)
