Job Description:
The Asset Operations team: oversees all operational aspects of the private client mandates (Revolver, Delayed Draw, Term Loans, ABS, CMBS, Privately Originated Loan) from trade input, settlement, to the on-going asset servicing life cycle events. The role will be client facing and liaise closely with deal teams.
Responsibilities:
Supporting clients by maintaining and providing prompt and accurate service to external clients and internal departments.
Interact with clients and agents on position updates or trade related issues.
Daily portfolio monitoring.
Assist in the setup of new structures within the private whole loan space.
Provide allocations to clients on all securities to ensure proper funding and settlement.
Responsible for booking, capturing, and reconciling trades.
Review and oversee daily cash and position reconciliations.
Research and resolve transaction breaks between internal system and custodians.
Monitor private deal pipeline to ensure client liquidity, operational readiness, and timely fundings.
Ad Hoc reporting.
Qualifications:
Blackstone seeks to hire individuals who are highly motivated, intelligent, and have demonstrated excellence in prior endeavors. In addition to strong analytical and quantitative skills, the successful candidate should meet the following qualifications:
6+ years of experience in structured products or a middle-office role.
Working knowledge of security operations with loans, fixed income products, private assets, and the trade lifecycle.
Strong analytical skills and detail oriented.
Works effectively in a fast-paced dynamic environment while handling multiple projects.
Strong work ethic, professional integrity, and a positive attitude.
Strong Excel Skills.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

Expected annual base salary range:
$135,000 - $200,000Actual base salary within that range will be determined by several components including but not limited to the individual's experience, skills, qualifications and job location. For roles located outside of the US, please disregard the posted salary bands as these roles will follow a separate compensation process based on local market comparables.
Additional compensation: Base salary does not include other forms of compensation or benefits offered in connection with the advertised role.
