Programme Description
Blackstone's Summer Analyst Program is a 10 week in-person experience, offering participants extensive exposure across the firm. This program provides Summer Analysts with valuable guidance through mentorship, continuous feedback, technical and soft skill training, networking opportunities with professionals across the firm and the unique chance to fully immerse themselves in Blackstone's culture.
Summer Analyst Position:
This individual will be a member of the International Finance team, with exposure across Corporate and Fund Finance teams. Working closely with teams in London, Luxembourg, USA and the Centre of Excellence (“COE”) in India.
Responsibilities may include:
Fund accounting and administration: work directly with internal and external teams to strike monthly NAVs and validate corporate level activity, including but not limited to, monthly subscription and redemption activity, distributions, management fee calculations, liquidity forecasting and corporate G&A
Liquidity Management / Investor transactions: actively monitoring the liquidity of the fund structure including supporting treasury operations for monthly investor subscriptions, redemptions and distributions; liaising with stakeholders to ensure sufficient cash is available when and where required; coordinate with the appointed service providers to monitor funds available for distribution to support the fund’s distribution policy
FP&A: Analyze financial information to provide meaningful, accurate, and timely financial performance reporting to the board and other senior stakeholders for decision making purposes
Financial Reporting: support with the delivery of half yearly financial statements in accordance with IFRS/local GAAP and AIFMD and local regulatory requirements and provide financial information to the Fund boards and other senior stakeholders
Assistance with ad hoc analysis and other management reporting as required
Qualifications

To be considered for the 2026 Summer Analyst Programme, applicants must meet the following criteria:
Currently enrolled as an undergraduate or masters student
Intention to obtain ACCA or ACA qualification
Anticipated graduation date: Summer 2026 or 2027
CV must include expected graduation month/year and grade
CV must be in PDF format
Knowledge of accounting and finance and experience of investment banking are desirable, but not necessary.
