Blackstone Private Wealth is seeking a highly motivated and skilled Analyst to join our Global Product Strategy team. The team is responsible for creating category-defining products that deliver Blackstone’s investment capabilities to individual investors and expand access to alternatives. The candidate will play a key role in designing and driving the end-to-end development of new funds and feeders, from building the business case through securing investor capital. The ideal candidate is intellectually curious, creative, and passionate about researching and developing innovative product structures to unlock new markets and distribution channels.

Primary job responsibilities will include the following:

• Collaborate with senior-level leaders in Blackstone Private Wealth and across Blackstone’s investment and functional teams to create investment solutions for private wealth clients.

• Partner with internal Blackstone teams on all aspects of product development, including portfolio construction, fund operations, marketing, technology, tax and finance.

• Assist in designing and launching global and local investment solutions, factoring in regulatory requirements and client preferences such as liquidity, yield, and return objectives.

• Research product structures, regulatory developments, and competitor fund launches to identify growth opportunities.

• Support strategic initiatives and cross-business projects across the platform.

Expected annual base salary range:

Actual base salary within that range will be determined by several components including but not limited to the individual's experience, skills, qualifications and job location. For roles located outside of the US, please disregard the posted salary bands as these roles will follow a separate compensation process based on local market comparables.

Additional compensation and benefits offered in connection with the role consist of comprehensive health benefits, including but not limited to medical, dental, vision, and FSA benefits; paid time off; life insurance; 401(k) plan; and discretionary bonuses. Certain employees may also be eligible for equity and other incentive compensation at Blackstone’s sole discretion.
