Job Summary
Blackstone is seeking an experienced professional to join its Investor Services team in London. This role will play a key part in supporting the operational growth and client servicing of both open-ended and closed-ended investment vehicles. The individual will support the distribution and ongoing servicing of Blackstone’s products, while helping to build and maintain strong relationships with global private banks and leading wealth management platforms. The role involves interaction with clients and internal teams, supporting day‑to‑day servicing and regular coordination across Blackstone teams.

Job Description:
- Support the operational delivery of product launches and development, including share class initiatives and structural updates, by providing expertise on cross‑functional projects and ensuring full operational readiness.
- Coordinate across internal stakeholders; including Legal, Compliance, Finance, Tax, and Investment teams, to deliver best in class clients service across Private Wealth’s full product suite.
- Partner with the Fund Administrator to coordinate client account openings.
- Review, reconcile, and approve client transactions for semi‑liquid products.
- Develop and maintain suite of client materials to aide in support of fund operations and client processes.
- Partner with Third-Party pricing and data platforms to ensure Blackstone fund information is accurate, timely, and consistent for clients.
- Identify opportunities to continuously improve operational infrastructure, driving efficiency and enhancing the client experience.
- Collaborate closely with global coverage teams to manage client‑related processes and respond to prospective and existing investor enquiries, ensuring a seamless client experience.
Qualifications:

The successful candidate must have:
- 3+ years of financial industry experience, with an understanding of investment funds and service providers
- Fund Operations experience and knowledge of Fund Administration is beneficial
- Ability to multi-task and ensure strong prioritization
- Solutions orientated mindset with strong problem-solving skills
- Awareness of how to navigate high volume of client enquiries whilst maintaining excellent client service
- Quick learner with clear intellectual curiosity and self-motivation
- Ability to work efficiently in a deadline driven environment
- Client and relationship management experience
- Outstanding attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and in a multicultural team
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word etc.
- European languages advantageous
