The Marketing team is seeking a strategically minded, collaborative, and detail-oriented individual to manage integrated marketing programs. This role is critical to building the plan, strategy and execution of high-impact initiatives across marketing, while overseeing the broader marketing pipeline. The ideal candidate thrives in ambiguity, anticipates needs, proactively solves problems, and drives alignment to move initiatives forward.

This role will develop and refine project plans, manage timelines and approvals, cascade key information from senior leadership, and liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the successful, on-time completion of global marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate has experience bringing structure and clarity to complex, high-visibility workstreams, excels at cross-functional coordination, and applies strong problem-solving skills to deliver clear, actionable solutions.

Responsibilities

Program Management & Integrated Project Management

  • Support the coordination of large, multi-channel marketing programs to drive alignment with strategic objectives and business priorities.
  • Build executive-level materials to showcase strategy, program updates, and impact for senior leaders within Corporate Affairs and the firm.
  • Maintain visibility into all marketing programs and provide transparent, proactive updates on timelines, ownership, risks, and dependencies to Corporate Affairs leadership.
  • Coordinate and manage internal stakeholder reviews including timing and materials preparation.
  • Directly manage high-impact projects, breaking down key initiatives into actionable tasks, assigning responsibilities across internal teams and agency partners, and tracking progress across all stakeholders.
  • Advise and support project managers in resolving risks, optimizing workflows, and aligning initiatives with overall marketing strategy.

Workflow Support

  • Support pre-meeting preparation and in-room facilitation of the marketing workflow meetings including marketing-wide status meeting and reviews.
  • Drive continuous improvement and innovation across marketing planning processes.
  • Proactively flag milestones and potential roadblocks across initiatives and implement solutions to keep programs on schedule and on budget.

Cross-Functional Coordination

  • Develop a deep understanding of processes across each marketing function, partnering frequently with each team’s project managers, channel owners, and producers.
  • Lead cross-team collaboration to ensure consistency and drive better outcomes across projects.
  • Serve as the central connector across all marketing teams to manage and deliver integrated programs, while acting as the primary point of contact for external agencies and vendors as needed.

Qualifications

  • 4+ years of experience in marketing strategy, project management, or agency-side marketing roles in a fast-paced environment.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills and can influence and engage senior stakeholders including senior leadership.
  • Experience working with media, creative, design agencies and production vendors, with a strong understanding of agency workflows and collaboration.
  • Demonstrate managing multiple projects and programs simultaneously, bringing structure and clarity to complex initiatives.
  • Exceptional collaborator, with experience working across a wide range of marketing functions and disciplines.
  • Solutions-oriented, by addressing challenges proactively and drive initiatives forward.
  • Self-starter, organized, motivated and contributes positively to the collegial atmosphere of the team
  • Bachelor’s degree; a relevant field such as Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related discipline is preferred.

Expected annual base salary range:

$110,000 - $135,000

Actual base salary within that range will be determined by several components including but not limited to the individual's experience, skills, qualifications and job location. For roles located outside of the US, please disregard the posted salary bands as these roles will follow a separate compensation process based on local market comparables.

Additional compensation and benefits offered in connection with the role consist of comprehensive health benefits, including but not limited to medical, dental, vision, and FSA benefits; paid time off; life insurance; 401(k) plan; and discretionary bonuses. Certain employees may also be eligible for equity and other incentive compensation at Blackstone’s sole discretion.
