The BXCI Strategic Financial Planning & Analysis team is responsible for financial analysis, reporting, and strategic initiatives across the credit platform. The Associate will support forecasting, management reporting, financial analysis, and cross‑functional initiatives, working closely with investment teams, senior management, investor relations, and finance partners across the firm.
This role is well suited to a candidate with strong analytical and financial modeling skills who thrives in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment.
Responsibilities
- Maintain and enhance BXCI’s operating and fund models to support firmwide forecasts and projections, incorporating cash flows across products and strategies
- Support individual fund models, including updates for investment activity, performance, and projections
- Partner with investment teams on PM reporting, fund analyses, and ad hoc requests
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual management reporting on BXCI’s financial performance for senior leadership
- Assist with AUM reporting and related analyses
- Support financial and segment reporting processes, including coordination with broader Blackstone finance and consolidation teams
- Prepare ad hoc financial analyses and materials requested by senior management
- Liaise with investor relations on new product development and reporting needs
- Support technology and process improvement initiatives
- Participate in special projects aligned with the needs of senior leadership
Qualifications

The successful candidate will have:
- Undergraduate degree required; Finance or Accounting preferred
- 3+ years of relevant professional experience
- Prior experience in investment banking, FP&A, asset management, or a related financial role preferred
- Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail
- Exceptionally strong financial modeling capabilities
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic, fast‑paced environment
- Strong work ethic, integrity, and a collaborative mindset
- Highly organized with excellent time management skills
- Self‑starter with a positive attitude and interest in an entrepreneurial environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
