Support the Head of Technology Training in driving the successful deployment, adoption and engagement of technology and applications across the firm. This individual will focus on developing comprehensive training plans and shaping the overall training delivery strategy to ensure effective and out of the box learning. Responsibilities include supporting rollout initiatives and training platforms, driving high adoption rates and ensuring employees are proficient in Blackstone’s technology. The role also requires creative and innovative thinking to tailor training approaches for different personas and organizational needs across different business units. Prior product experience and familiarity with standard technology rollout practices are strongly recommended to effectively engage stakeholders and maximize the impact of our tools.
Responsibilities:
Support the Head of Technology Training in delivering a cohesive, global technology training strategy that drives successful deployment, adoption and engagement of the firm’s technology and applications
Support the establishment and ongoing evolution of Blackstone’s global technology training program, contributing to scalable, effective and business aligned learning experiences across regions, functions and personas
Assist in defining and implementing innovative training delivery methods, platforms and tools that help employees enhance day to day technical proficiency and long term career development
Partner with product owners to understand application functionality and workflows, supporting the feature releases and helping to translate the new capabilities into targeted, persona based training and adoption materials
Contribute to the design, execution and continuous refinement of a product and feature rollout framework that supports user understanding, confidence and adoption
Support the training portfolio, including application onboarding, live sessions, on demand content, training materials and assessments, helping to enable learning from new hire onboarding through advanced, role specific development
Collaborate with business and technology leaders to help identify appropriate training approaches, delivery methods and platforms for diversified audiences and learning needs
Support the development and execution of measurement and feedback mechanisms to assess training effectiveness, user engagement and application adoption, contributing to continuous feedback loops between product, training and support teams
Qualifications:
2-5+ years of experience in a product/technology training role, preferably in technology or financial services
A self-starting, entrepreneurial attitude with a demonstrated experience to quickly adapt to new technologies
Experience using Learning Management Systems, Microsoft 365 tools (Copilot) and video creation tools to create tutorials are a plus
Adept in change management in a dynamic, rapidly growing organization
Superior organizational and interpersonal skills including written and verbal communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders
Experience working on multiple projects simultaneously and independently, resolve issues, meet deadlines and escalate appropriately to management
Experience prioritizing and effectively manage time to meet demanding deadlines
Experience balancing competing interests of multiple stakeholders and make sound, informed decisions
Data-driven mentality and attention to detail

Expected annual base salary range:
$110,000 - $150,000Actual base salary within that range will be determined by several components including but not limited to the individual's experience, skills, qualifications and job location. For roles located outside of the US, please disregard the posted salary bands as these roles will follow a separate compensation process based on local market comparables.
Additional compensation and benefits offered in connection with the role consist of comprehensive health benefits, including but not limited to medical, dental, vision, and FSA benefits; paid time off; life insurance; 401(k) plan; and discretionary bonuses. Certain employees may also be eligible for equity and other incentive compensation at Blackstone’s sole discretion.
