We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Executive Administrative Assistant to join our New York office, supporting a Senior leader in the Americas. If you thrive in a fast-paced and challenging environment, are highly proactive and organized, and excel at multi-tasking while managing shifting priorities, we would love to speak with you.
As the Executive Administrative Assistant, you will develop strong working relationships with both internal and external stakeholders, exercise sound judgment in a variety of situations, and demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills.
We’ll trust you to:
- Manage a broad range of administrative responsibilities, including travel itineraries, calendar management, expense processing, and maintaining accurate contact and organizational information
- Coordinate logistics for leadership meetings, events, and on-site activities, including collaboration with office operations and business partners
- Be forward-thinking by anticipating leaders’ needs
- Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and implement process enhancements proactively
- Interface professionally with all levels of employees, clients, and external guests
- Exercise discretion and maintain confidentiality at all times
- Prioritize competing demands and handle matters expeditiously, ensuring follow-through and successful completion of projects, often under tight deadlines
You’ll need to have:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Strong problem-solving abilities with strategic and creative thinking
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, “open door” office environment
We’d love to see:
- 5+ years of Executive Assistant experience supporting senior leaders
- Prior experience supporting Sales or commercial leadership
- Experience within financial services, media, or a global corporate environment
