We are looking for a highly organized and detail‑oriented Audience Development Manager to support audience development and engagement efforts for Bloomberg Live events across the APAC region. You will collaborate closely with the Director of Audience Development & Engagement to implement audience acquisition strategies, manage registration workflows, and coordinate with internal and external partners to deliver a seamless audience experience.

We’ll Trust You To

  • Assist in building and maintaining targeted outreach lists to recruit executive audiences
  • Support the development and execution of targeted email campaigns, personalized 1:1 outreach, and other strategic audience development and nurturing initiatives
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing insights to optimize results
  • Support sponsor‑related audience initiatives and ensure timely execution of deliverables
  • Assist in managing event technology platforms and ensure accurate data capture and reporting
  • Provide routine updates on audience registration progress to internal and external partners
  • Prepare briefing materials and reports by summarizing audience profiles, analyzing key metrics, and incorporating survey and feedback data
  • Travel to events as needed and represent Bloomberg Live professionally at all times
  • Support front‑of‑house operations, including guest welcome, registration troubleshooting, and attendee inquiries
  • Coordinate with the event production team to ensure a seamless registration and attendee experience

You’ll Need To Have

  • At least 3 years of experience in events, marketing, or communications
  • Strong attention to detail with exceptional organizational and time‑management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proven ability to multitask, manage large volumes of information, and thrive in a fast‑paced environment
  • Tech‑savvy, with experience using CRM systems, email marketing platforms, and event management software
  • Flexibility with hours and ability to take occasional early morning or evening calls with global teams
  • Fluency in spoken and written English

  • Proficiency in Japanese or other APAC languages
