The referenced salary range is based on the Company's good faith belief at the time of posting. Actual compensation may vary based on factors such as geographic location, work experience, market conditions, education/training and skill level.

WE'LL TRUST YOU TO
- Manage complex administrative responsibilities for the leadership group, including calendar management, travel coordination, expense processing, mail processing and management, signature requests and maintenance of accurate contact and organizational information
- Coordinate logistics for leadership meetings, events, and on-site activities in partnership with office operations and business stakeholders
- Anticipate leadership needs and act with foresight
- Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and proactively implement process enhancements
- Interface professionally with employees, clients, and external guests at all levels
- Exercise discretion and maintain confidentiality at all times
- Prioritize competing demands and drive matters to completion under tight deadlines
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Strong problem-solving abilities coupled with strategic and creative thinking
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, open and collaborative office environment
- 10+ years of Executive Assistant experience supporting senior leaders
- Prior experience supporting tax or accounting leadership
- Experience within financial services and a global corporate environment
