What’s the Role?
Join our team in New York, Bloomberg’s Global Headquarters, as part of the Electronic Trade Desk, supporting clients trading Foreign Exchange (FX) electronically via FXGO.
You will play a critical role in delivering high-quality, real-time support to a diverse global client base. Acting as a trusted partner, you will provide thoughtful, accurate solutions to client queries while leveraging your understanding of both buy-side and sell-side FX workflows.
The service you provide is a core part of Bloomberg’s value proposition and directly impacts client experience, product adoption, and retention.
What You’ll Do
- Deliver exceptional client service to drive satisfaction, retention, and adoption of the FXGO product suite
- Lead client engagements including training sessions, onboarding support, and workflow consultations
- Partner with Sales, Product, and Engineering to escalate issues, influence product development, and improve client outcomes
- Manage projects and initiatives that enhance client experience and operational efficiency
- Build trusted relationships with a broad client base including banks, hedge funds, asset managers, corporates, and vendor partners
Our Team
We provide 24/5 global support to Bloomberg Terminal users, working across all segments of the FX market, including buy-side and sell-side institutions, corporate treasuries, and third-party platforms.
Our team operates in a fast-paced, real-time environment, supporting clients across the full trade lifecycle, from execution to post-trade workflows, while also resolving technical issues and driving product adoption.
We are known for being a calm, reliable voice in volatile markets, helping clients make faster, more informed decisions using Bloomberg tools.
You will collaborate closely with Electronic Trading Sales, Implementations, Product, and Engineering teams, as well as cross-asset Enterprise Services groups and shared platforms such as VAULT, BTCA/RHUB, and TOMS. This role offers deep exposure to electronic trading and the opportunity to build strong internal and external networks.
You’ll Need To Have
- 2 to 5 years of experience in Foreign Exchange, within Client Services, Trade Support, or Middle or Back Office functions at a buy-side, sell-side, or corporate treasury
- Experience with single or multi-bank FX trading platforms strongly preferred
- A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
- Authorization to work full-time in the U.S. without current or future visa sponsorship
We’d Love to See
Strong communication and presentation skills
You communicate clearly and confidently with clients and internal stakeholders. You are comfortable delivering presentations and training sessions. Spanish and or Portuguese is a plus.
Ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment
You can manage multiple workstreams, including client support, training, and projects, while staying organized and adaptable.
Analytical and technically curious mindset
You approach problems with structure and curiosity. You are proficient in Excel. Familiarity with Python, SQL, or similar tools is a plus.
