Our Team
Bloomberg Trading Solutions addresses the entire sell-side workflow with front-end trading and sales tools, and middle- and back-office operations solutions.
Bloomberg Trade Order Management Solutions (TOMS), Multi-Asset Risk System (MARS), OTC Valuations (BVAL OTC) and Derivatives Data (DDA) provide sell-side institutions with a comprehensive suite of trading, risk management, valuation, connectivity and workflow solutions. These tools help clients manage inventory, risk, P&L, compliance, straight-through processing, portfolio valuation and exposures across asset classes.
In LATAM, our Trading Solutions and Risk Sales teams work closely with clients as they modernize front-to-back workflows across trading, risk, operations, private wealth distribution, bank treasury and ALM initiatives. Firms across the region are increasingly focused on scalable operating models, connectivity, control, regulatory readiness and real-time integration across their technology stack.

What’s the role?
We have an exciting opportunity for an Enterprise Sales Specialist to join our Enterprise Product Sales team, based in São Paulo and covering Brazil and the broader LATAM sell-side market.
As a key member of our organization, you’ll be responsible for generating new revenue and expanding strategic relationships by positioning Bloomberg’s sell-side trading, risk and valuation solutions at the center of clients’ trading, risk and operational workflows. This includes TOMS, MARS, BVAL OTC and DDA.
You’ll engage senior stakeholders across Trading, Sales, Risk, Operations, Finance, Technology and eTrading to understand front-to-back objectives and help clients modernize their platforms. You will also help manage and grow existing client relationships.
You’ll work in close partnership with Product, Implementation, Support, Financial Engineering and global sales teams to deliver Bloomberg’s full suite of sell-side solutions. This role involves regular travel across the region for prospecting, to support client engagements, strategic workshops and presentations.

We’ll trust you to:
· Develop and execute a pipeline strategy: prospect, qualify, advance, forecast and close complex enterprise opportunities
· Build and deepen senior client relationships across sell-side institutions throughout LATAM
· Use a consultative approach to identify workflow gaps across trading, risk, pricing, valuation, compliance, connectivity and operations
· Map Bloomberg’s TOMS, MARS, BVAL OTC and DDA capabilities to measurable business outcomes
· Position integrated front-to-risk and front-to-back workflow solutions across trading, treasury, risk, operations and enterprise technology teams
· Partner with internal solution teams to deliver cohesive proposals and strategic account plans
· Lead end-to-end sales cycles, coordinating stakeholders across product, engineering, implementation, pre-sales and account teams
· Deliver compelling client presentations and demonstrations tailored to regional market structure, regulatory needs, reporting requirements and technology environments
· Maintain in-depth market knowledge, including regional trends, client priorities, private wealth workflow evolution, bank treasury transformation, regulatory frameworks and the competitive landscape
· Provide structured feedback to product and business leadership on client needs, feature requests and market direction

You’ll need to have:
· Client-facing experience in financial services or financial technology, ideally in enterprise or complex sales
· Strong understanding of sell-side sales, trading and treasury workflows, particularly in fixed income and derivatives
· Knowledge of pricing, valuation, market and counterparty risk, OMS, operations and technology touchpoints
· Experience selling complex solutions into financial institutions, such as OMS, risk, valuation data, market connectivity, regulatory/reporting or trading infrastructure
· Proven ability to build multi-threaded relationships, including with senior management, and navigate long, complex sales processes
· Strong commercial discipline across pipeline management, forecasting, negotiation and closing
· Excellent presentation and communication skills, with the ability to engage technical and non-technical stakeholders
· Fluency in English, Portuguese and Spanish
· Willingness to travel regularly across LATAM to support client engagements

We’d love to see:
· Experience with enterprise risk, valuation, trading or workflow solutions
· Familiarity with front-to-back modernization programs, integration patterns and STP objectives
· Comfort discussing connectivity, interoperability and data/workflow dependencies within a client’s technology stack
· Knowledge of market risk regulation, regulatory reporting, initial margin, xVA, VaR, FRTB, IRRBB, hedge accounting or related analytics
· A passion for financial markets technology, risk, trading workflow innovation and regulatory change
· A track record of building new territory pipeline and expanding wallet share in existing enterprise accounts
· Python programming and API connectivity skills
