Enterprise Services is Bloomberg’s client-facing organization responsible for driving client workflow success across trading, post-trade, and regulatory solutions. We partner closely with financial institutions across the region to help clients operate efficiently in increasingly complex and fast-moving markets.
In Brazil, our team supports clients across local and global markets, working at the intersection of technology, electronic trading, market structure, and client workflows. We collaborate closely with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Implementation teams to deliver scalable solutions and high-quality client experiences.
Our São Paulo team is organized around primary workflow ownership, allowing specialists to develop deep expertise in a core area while gaining exposure to adjacent products, asset classes, and client workflows as the organization continues to evolve.
Language Requirements
• Fluency in Portuguese and English is required
• Spanish is a plus
What’s the Role?
We are hiring an Enterprise Services Specialist to support Bloomberg’s electronic trading platforms and client trading workflows across Latin America.
This role is focused on mission-critical trading workflows in real-time market environments, partnering closely with buy-side and sell-side traders, operations teams, compliance users, and technology stakeholders to resolve production issues, optimize workflows, and deliver successful client outcomes.
The specialist will primarily support Bloomberg's EMSX platform and trading workflows for equities and other listed instruments while developing expertise across adjacent electronic trading platforms, products, and workflows within Bloomberg’s Enterprise ecosystem.
This is an opportunity to build expertise across electronic trading platforms, workflow configuration, connectivity, and client operations while working directly with some of the region’s leading financial institutions.
What You’ll Do
• Manage and optimize real-time trading and execution workflows across Bloomberg platforms
• Investigate and resolve production issues impacting trading workflows, connectivity, and platform functionality in real-time market environments
• Manage client inquiries, workflow challenges, and production incidents across Bloomberg’s electronic trading platforms, ensuring timely resolution and a high-quality client experience
• Develop expertise in electronic trading workflows across asset classes, with primary focus on equities and other listed instruments, while gaining exposure to additional Bloomberg trading solutions
• Partner closely with clients to understand operational workflows, business requirements, and adoption challenges
• Participate in client discussions focused on workflow optimization, operational efficiency, and client success
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Implementation teams to improve workflow outcomes and client experience
• Identify recurring workflow challenges, operational risks, and opportunities for process improvement
• Create and maintain internal documentation, best practices, and knowledge-sharing resources
• Contribute to onboarding, training, and knowledge development across the team
• Partner with clients across Brazil and Latin America to drive workflow success and operational efficiency

You’ll Need to Have
• Experience in financial services, electronic trading, trade support, fintech, broker-dealer operations, production support, or workflow management environments
• Understanding of trading workflows and the trade lifecycle
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills in time-sensitive and production-critical environments
• Ability to communicate effectively with both clients and internal stakeholders
• Ability to quickly learn and adapt across products, workflows, and technologies
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Fluency in Portuguese and English
We’d Love to See
• Experience supporting EMS, OMS, electronic trading, or execution management workflows
• Familiarity with Bloomberg products such as EMSX, FXGO, AIM, TOMS, FIT, or related platforms
• Exposure to FIX connectivity, APIs, trading integrations, workflow configuration, or electronic trading infrastructure
• Knowledge of equities, listed derivatives, ETFs, or multi-asset trading environments
• Experience managing production issues or supporting clients in real-time trading environments
• Spanish language skills
