We are currently looking for a VP of Talent, Culture and Total Rewards reporting directly to the Chief People Officer. You will lead a passionate and accomplished team of experts across Talent Management, Learning and Development, Organizational Effectiveness and Compensation and Benefits. This role is responsible for talent strategies that ensures that we have the right talent in support of Blue’s overall mission. You will work across the HR organization and with our senior business leaders to evolve and build programs that are focused on driving a culture of ownership, decisiveness, and high performance. We’re seeking a leader who can develop and implement both short- and long-term strategies that are in alignment with Blue’s business goals.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Design and implement total reward programs. Develop competitive compensation structures with comprehensive benefits packages that allows Blue to attract and retain the best talent.
  • Market analysis and benchmarking to help Blue stay ahead of the relevant talent trends with ideas on how we evolve our programs to stay competitive.
  • Performance management and incentive alignment. Integrating compensation structures with performance goals to drive the overall culture.
  • Lead efforts to cultivate a positive workplace culture through employee engagement programs, diversity and inclusion integration strategies and leadership development.
  • Executive leadership over team of specialists through program design and execution.
  • Work with senior business leaders to create talent mechanisms that aligns with Blue’s overall approach to talent management.
  • Own organizational assessment, vision creation, and organizational design improvements that support enterprise mission and vision goals.
  • Understand talent insights and build programs/goals that proactively addresses critical opportunities.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 15+ years of experience in Human Resources, Organizational Design, or similar, to include enterprise or large business unit ownership of creating and implementing talent management solutions
  • Experience directing a team of people leaders
  • Deep understanding of effective succession, development, and performance management strategies across all levels of the organization
  • Demonstrated ability to build from scratch as well as improve/revamp talent management programs
  • Industry experience with both exempt and nonexempt workforces
  • Successful introduction of technical solutions that support talent management strategies
  • Deep expertise of HR processes, especially performance management, driving culture change or adoption, talent review and calibration.
  • Strong analytical capabilities, a process improvement mentality and ability to influence others with data-driven recommendations.
  • Executive presence in communicating risk and solution insights across all levels
  • Familiarity with successful compensation, benefits, and learning and development program management
  • Ability to earn trust, maintain positive and professional relationships, and contribute to a culture of inclusion
  • Must be a U.S. citizen or national, U.S. permanent resident (current Green Card holder), or lawfully admitted into the U.S. as a refugee or granted asylum.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • PMP or SHRM certifications
  • Advanced degree in Org Development, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, HR Management or Management strongly preferred
  • Diverse industry experience (manufacturing, technical, services, etc.)

Benefits

Benefits include: Medical, dental, vision, basic and supplemental life insurance, paid parental leave, short and long-term disability, 401(k) with a company match of up to 5%, and an Education Support Program.

Paid Time Off: Up to four (4) weeks per year based on weekly scheduled hours, and up to 14 company-paid holidays.

Discretionary bonus: Bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results.
