This role is part of Blue Origin corporate functions, providing centralized support across Blue Origin business unit teams, functions, and locations.Blue Origin is building a future where millions of people can live and work in space, and the leaders we hire today will define humanity's future among the stars. As an Executive Talent Marketing & Engagement Specialist, you'll play a pivotal role in this mission by serving as the strategic intelligence engine behind our executive talent acquisition. You will develop and execute our executive-level employer brand strategy while cultivating long-term relationships with high-caliber talent. This dual role serves as the critical connection point between Market Intelligence, Executive Search, and our broader talent acquisition ecosystem, transforming Blue Origin's approach to executive succession planning from reactive to proactive.
As the single-threaded owner for both executive employer branding and long-term prospect engagement, you will build a closed-loop talent ecosystem that creates sustainable competitive advantage in the aerospace industry's most competitive talent markets.
Key Responsibilities:
Long-Term Engagement (LTE)
Establish and own the prospect cultivation strategy for passive executive talent, implementing multi-touch relationship journeys
Develop and operate a CRM-driven nurture engine that segments audiences and tailors content to prospect motivations
Create and implement standardized protocols for converting event attendees into prospect relationships
Build multi-channel prospect activation strategies connecting events, LinkedIn, market intelligence, and referrals
Launch and manage executive referral initiatives, including partnerships with business resource groups and programs
Apply relationship scoring and engagement optimization to enable predictive prospect conversion
Track and report on conversion metrics across the talent acquisition funnel
Executive Employer Brand & Events
Define and implement the executive employer brand strategy and value proposition distinct from general employer branding
Develop LinkedIn-first content pillars and thought leadership programming for senior leadership audiences
Plan and execute intimate, content-rich executive events (roundtables, site immersions, community forums)
Coordinate with Communications and Legal for governance of external-facing content
Design and implement brand measurement frameworks to quantify reach, engagement quality, and recruiting impact
Manage vendors, contracts, budget, and editorial calendars for all executive branding initiatives
Scale the events program with advanced ROI tracking and integration with Market Intelligence activation strategies
Establish strategic partnerships and executive mentorship programs to enhance Blue Origin's industry presence
Qualifications:
5+ years of experience in talent acquisition, executive recruiting, or employer branding
Demonstrated success in developing and executing multi-channel marketing campaigns
Experience managing CRM systems and prospect/customer journeys
Track record of planning and executing professional events for executive audiences
Strong project management skills with ability to deliver multiple concurrent initiatives
Excellent writing and content development capabilities for executive-level communications
Preferred Experience:
Experience in aerospace, technology, or engineering industries
Background in executive search or C-suite talent acquisition
Familiarity with LinkedIn recruitment marketing and content strategies
Experience with data-driven campaign optimization and metrics tracking
Knowledge of recruitment initiatives, particularly at leadership levels

This position reports to the Director of Executive Talent Acquisition and will partner closely with Marketing, Communications, and senior leadership to advance Blue Origin's mission through exceptional leadership talent.
Compensation Range for:
WA applicants is $134,434.00 - $188,207.25Other site ranges may differ

Required for Certain Job Profiles: Drivers who operate Commercial Motor Vehicles with a Gross Vehicle Weight (GVW), Gross Vehicle Weight Rating (GVWR) or combination of power unit and trailer that meets or exceeds 10,001 lbs. and/or transports placardable amounts of hazardous materials by ground in any vehicle on a public road while in commerce, may be subject to additional Federal Motor Carrier Safety Regulations including: Driver Qualification Files, Medical Certification (obtained before onboarding), Road Test, Hours of Service, Drug and Alcohol Testing (CDL drivers only), vehicle inspection requirements, CDL requirements (if applicable) and hazardous materials transportation/shipping training.
Required for certain Job Profiles: Ability to obtain and maintain Merchant Mariner Credential, which includes pre-employment and random drug testing as well as DOT physical

Paid Time Off: Up to four (4) weeks per year based on weekly scheduled hours, and up to 14 company-paid holidays.
