WHAT YOU'LL DO

As a Knowledge Analyst (KA) In a Client Focused role within BCG's Transform Practice Area, you will work in a growing global team, delivering value to clients via individual expertise and/or institutionalized knowledge assets (products, tools, data, workshops, frameworks, surveys, domain-specific data, and related expertise, etc.). You will contribute to cases and proposals by contributing relevant analysis and insights and help case teams create strong impact for the client. While contributing to client cases, workshops and proposals, travel to serve clients onsite during staffing assignments is expected to understand client requirements, and design / develop solutions.

You will support commercialization efforts for implementation, in conjunction with business leaders, through activities such as:

• Supporting implementation project modules with a focus on executing strategies efficiently and effectively.

• Applying BCG's implementation methodologies with a structured, methodical approach to achieve practical results.

• Translating strategic plans into actionable tasks, ensuring alignment with project objectives.

• Collaborating closely with client teams, demonstrating a practical understanding of business challenges and transformation needs.

• Building and implementing performance management systems and dashboards within projects.

• Analyzing performance data to identify trends and areas for improvement.

You will also support business development and go-to-market efforts of the Implementation business, as opportunities arise, contributing research and analysis to marketing efforts.

YOU BRING (EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS)

• Master's degree in Business Administration, Business Analytics, or other relevant field plus 1+ year of relevant work experience

• Or Bachelor's degree, with strict minimum of 2+ years of relevant work experience in consulting or in a large corporate setting

• Fluency in Arabic and English

• Strong business acumen and problem-solving capabilities (analytical and strategic thinking)

• Strong foundational understanding of business processes

• Strong written and verbal communication skills
