WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Liaising with local colleagues and candidates to coordinate mock interviews
• Working closely with colleagues to support coordination of recruiting activities & events
• Preparing materials for marketing events
• Pre-screening incoming local and global CVs for events
• Managing databases and maintaining candidate information
• Assisting in the development and implementation of various candidate engagement programs
• Support in coordinating interview logistics with candidates
• Providing support on projects and/or project-related tasks

YOU'RE GOOD AT

• You have an eye for detail in keeping all recruiting platforms accurately updated
• Establishing relationships with colleagues locally and globally
• Strong organization skills; able to handle competing priorities effectively, consistently meeting deadlines
• Ability to treat all BCG information as confidential
• You are proactive with the eagerness to seek opportunities and assist others
• Self-motivated with an ability to always demonstrate a professional approach and maintain integrity
• Ability to perform successfully in a fast-paced, service-oriented environment
• Problem solving skills
• Ability to work effectively as a member of a large team

YOU BRING (EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS)

• A relevant bachelor's degree
• Strong verbal communication skills: fluency in English, Arabic is advantageous
• Advanced level computer skills: Windows, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
