What You'll Do

As a Visiting Associate Consultant at BCG, you'll play a pivotal role in collaborative teams, identifying, developing, and implementing solutions for client challenges. You’ll embark on a journey of exploration and innovation, pushing the boundaries to drive impactful change. Our Visiting Associate role is offered with a fixed full-time contract which concludes with a permanent Associate offer upon successful completion.

• Collaborate in cross-functional teams to address client challenges during the span of 10-13 weeks.
• Analyze data, formulate hypotheses, and develop actionable recommendations.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders, presenting results and driving implementation.



What You'll Bring

• Ongoing Bachelor's (2nd and 3rd year) or 1st year Master's
• Strong analytical skills for quantitative problem-solving, paired with high attention to detail.
• Critical thinking skills to evaluate information, make informed decisions, and develop innovative solutions.
• Comfortable working in dynamic environments with different projects for you to work on.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and proficiency in Czech/Slovak.
• Ability to work collaboratively in diverse teams and adapt to changing environments.

Although you will be required to fill your GPA, please note that we do not take GPA into account during our evaluation process in Prague.
