WHAT YOU'LL DO


The Analyst is responsible for handling the entire Benefits & Mobility function for the India office across different verticals. You will oversee the Employee Benefits (Insurance, Forex), setting up / streamlining of processes, monitoring internal control.You will ensure all processes are completed in a timely and accurate manner in accordance with BCG policies and procedures, and in compliance with statutory regulations. This individual will ensure He/She provides a high level of customer service to internal and external customers and governmental agencies.

  • Handling overall employee Benefits portfolio for India office (including Medical Insurance, Life Insurance, Accident policy, top up plans, etc)
  • Managing all the additions and deletions to the policies and ensuring all endorsements are passed on time.
  • Managing the timely renewals of all the Insurance plans.
  • Monitoring Medical insurance coverage regularly and ensuring all claims are settled on time
  • Handling travel insurance portfolio
  • Handling forex advances
  • Handling employee interactions & Queries
  • Track and Manage performance of various vendors for, Insurance, forex, etc related profiles
  • Propose and work on system / process enhancements.
  • Managing the Car lease benefit.

YOU BRING (EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS)


  • A bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 4 years’ experience in a fast paced environmentsupporting senior executives, strongly preferred.
  • Proficient using Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
  • Ability to handle confidential information in a professional manner
  • Excellent customer service orientation with creative and resourceful problem solving skills – “can do” attitude
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills with attention to detail and the ability to multi-task
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills with ability to effectively communicate with all levels of the organization
  • Self-starter, highly motivated and innovative
