Supplier Enablement Activities:
Collate supplier spend data, review for completeness and accuracy.
Undertake analysis on suppliers’ data to support enablement segmentation and strategy sign off
Draft and manage targeted supplier communications covering Coupa CSP and OCR invoice acceptance
Manage central queries inbox, triage and assignment to responders
Own and maintain supplier enablement tracker outlining progress and activities per supplier.
Hold 1-to-1 sessions with suppliers to configure and validate cXML connectivity for POs and invoices (where agreed)
Work with suppliers to structure, load and test catalogues data and relevant configuration, as well with relevant category managers to obtain the relevant sign offs.
Hold Webinar sessions with suppliers to introduce the Coupa Supplier Portal (CSP)
Develop FAQs and training materials for suppliers and internal teams e.g. category managers.
Support test system configuration and testing cycle, including the development of relevant test scripts, confirmations of SMEs to participate in testing and training of users before testing.
Support the development of the configuration workbook for data production load. Support with overall project management activities such as plan maintenance and updates.
Content Enablement Accountabilities
Support validation of buying channels per category activities
Support validation and agreement of category specific questions for web forms.
Build all web forms with relevant category specific fields, policies and approval workflows and support sign off
Working with the relevant category leads, perform analysis to assign relevant contracts to suppliers and Web Forms
Own and maintain content enablement tracker outlining progress and activities per category.
Support test system configuration and testing cycle, including the development of relevant test scripts, confirmations of SMEs to participate in testing and training of users before testing.
Support the development of the configuration workbook for data production load.
Support with overall project management activities such as plan maintenance and updates.
YOU'RE GOOD AT
- Demonstrable capabilities in process analysis including:
- Transaction data analysis and mapping
- Designing and leading workshops, information capture and playback
- Ensure products and services are delivered within the Transition and Transformation within schedule, scope and budget and meet the required level of quality.
- Conversant with service management and delivery best practices
- Highly organized, manages to timelines, priorities, and Plan.
- Attention to detail and structured working. Creation and presentation of meeting and reporting content to senior audiences.
- Facilitating meetings and working groups with operational SMEs in Procurement, Finance, IT and Compliance
- Working in a transformation environment and comfortable adapting to changes in scope, direction and/or timelines.
- Challenge status quo and continuously improve BCG 's approach to transformation
- Problem solving; simplify and break down complex problems, apply structure and draw conclusions.
- Ability to establish and maintain productive, positive working relationships with all levels of the organization and external partners in a matrixed, geographically dispersed company.
YOU BRING (EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS)
- Coupa Buying/Invoicing and Coupa Supplier Portal expertise
- Proven years of experience (6+) in transition management, project management, or a related role
- Strong team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide teams through change
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, capable of engaging stakeholders at all levels
- Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on attention to detail
- Detailed understanding of working in a regulated environment
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Project Management, or related field; advanced degree preferred
