WHAT YOU'LL DO

As an HR Senior Specialist at Boston Consulting Group (BCG), you will play a crucial role in managing and enhancing our daily human resources operations. You will be responsible for ensuring the effective implementation of HR strategies, policies, and procedures. Furthermore, the role will involve partnering with various stakeholders and employees to provide HR advice, support the employee development, and contribute to a positive and productive work environment. This role is a parental cover (12 months) starting from August.

YOU'RE GOOD AT

• Managing HR processes and systems with precision and efficiency.
• Facilitating employee relations and addressing concerns with professionalism.
• Providing expert advice on HR policies and best practices.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to support organizational goals.
• Analyzing HR data to inform strategic decision-making.

YOU BRING (EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS)

• Preferably a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. However, experience is prioritized over academics
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in HR roles, preferably in a corporate setting
• Knowledge of HR principles, laws, and regulations, as well as Workday is an advantage
