As a Implementation Analyst in a Client Focused role within BCG's Operations Practice Area, you will work in a growing global team, delivering value to clients via individual expertise and/or institutionalized knowledge assets (products, tools, data, workshops, frameworks, surveys, domain-specific data, and related expertise, etc.).
You will contribute to cases and proposals by contributing relevant analysis and insights and help case teams create strong impact for the client. You will also support business development and go-to-market efforts of the operations implementation programs business, as opportunities arise, contributing research and analysis to marketing efforts. While contributing to client cases, workshops and proposals, travel to serve clients onsite during staffing assignments is expected to understand client requirements, and design / develop solutions.
The Operations Practice Area is one of BCG's functional practices, which helps our clients create competitive advantage by enhancing their performance and building strategic capabilities. The Operations Knowledge Team is an expert network of experienced consultants who help clients on specific cases related to the functions and disciplines within the practice (e.g., Manufacturing & Supply Chain, Design-Engineer-Build, Service & Support Operations, Procurement, Sustainable Operations etc.).
As a Implementation Analyst focused on large implementation programs, you will work across topics and have the opportunity to deepen your expertise in particular topics as you grow in your career. You will support commercialization efforts for implementation programs, in conjunction with business leaders, through activities such as:
- Support the ramp up of engineering and production systems, aligned to environmental and local development goals
- Analyzing and optimizing end to end operations processes and workflows.
- Implementing lean and sustainable manufacturing principles and practices, process standardization and continuous improvement methodologies in collaboration with client counterparts
- Monitoring process performance metrics and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Analyzing procurement processes to identify efficiency and cost-saving opportunities and implementing new procurement strategies aligned with organizational goals
- Monitoring procurement metrics for continuous improvement and risk management.

- Navigating complexity and ambiguity
YOU BRING (EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS)
- Master's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or other relevant field plus 1+ year of relevant work experience (e.g., engineering, manufacturing, supply chain management, procurement)
- Or Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with strict minimum of 2+ years of relevant work experience in a large corporate setting
- Fluency in Arabic and English
- Strong business acumen and problem-solving capabilities (analytical and strategic thinking)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Foundational understanding of industrial processes and methodologies such as lean and Six Sigma

The Knowledge Team (KT) is a group of functional and/or industry experts leveraging deep domain knowledge to enable insight for case teams and clients. KT members are affiliated to BCG Practice Areas, plugged into the strategic agenda and building and deploying leading edge IP data tools/assets to deliver insight.
BCG's Knowledge Team members are staffed on cases and help co-create insights with case teams and clients through expert perspectives on industry trends, delivery of proprietary data or tools in a particular function and complex research and analysis of market information. KT members also support the PA’s business development and proposals and help to organize and codify the knowledge that enables BCG to deliver superior business value for its clients.
