WHAT YOU'LL DO


You will be leading the Prague Knowledge Team and work in tight collaboration with the local Partners and the Consulting Team.


YOU'RE GOOD AT


  • Overseeing the daily activities of the research team, managing their workload based on timelines and project priorities, and ensuring high-quality outcomes.
  • Ensuring clear and consistent communication of goals, expectations, and project updates across the team.
  • Providing topic, industry, and geographic expertise to local and global consulting teams.
  • Fostering a collaborative environment to promote effective communication and teamwork.
  • Preparing accurate, well-developed documents and charts, including comparative analyses, benchmarks, valuations, and market research across various industries.
  • Overseeing the hiring and onboarding process for new students, ensuring they are effectively integrated into the team and provided with necessary training and resources.Gathering data, analyzing industry trends, and monitoring the competitive landscape in various markets.
  • Engaging in long-term, project-specific cooperation, offering deep insights into client data, and overseeing data sanitization and preparation for project use.
  • Developing complex industry overview models based on publicly available data, ensuring comprehensive analysis and reporting.



YOU BRING (EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS)


  • University Degree.
  • Proven experience in managing a team.
  • Ability to multi-task & operate effectively in a matrix organization.
  • A strong intellectual curiosity.
  • Good computer skills, comfortable with IT systems, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, MS Office.
  • Excellent written & verbal communication in English and in Czech/Slovak.
  • Strong work ethic & service-mentality.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent time and project management skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, credibility.
  • Collaborative, team player.

YOU'LL WORK WITH


Our business management and operations team members work to ensure that BCG is running smoothly, efficiently, and productively. We are made up of executive and administrative (or case team) assistants, visual service artists, receptionists, facilities staff, and the team leaders and office coordinators who manage these operations and business management jobs.
