WHAT YOU'LL DO


The EMESA region unites over 10,000 BCGers from 40+ countries and all business units, organized in eight geographic systems. The EMESA Experienced Hire Talent Acquisition (TA) team is made up of Talent Acquisition professionals focusing on hiring for BCG's different industry and functional practice areas. The team and our stakeholders are based across multiple countries.

As a flexible and dynamic Talent Acquisition Specialist in Experienced Hiring, you'll support in the targeted recruiting of outstanding candidates with industry and consulting experience (Experienced Hires). You will play a central role in bringing top talent into the organization: You will have ownership of the search strategy, drive proactive outreach and initial candidate assessment, ensuring the continued flow of high-quality candidates through the process and the creation of a strong talent pipeline for future growth.

YOU'RE GOOD AT


  • Sourcing strategy development. You will be a trusted advisor in topics related to market dynamics, diversity attraction and sourcing technologies and trends.
  • Candidate pipeline generation. You will utilize sourcing tools (e.g LinkedIn Recruiter and HireEZ) to map, source and engage the best talent in the market.
  • Candidate outreach. Considering the scarcity of the profiles you will look for, planning and implementing effective outreach strategies for each candidate will be key to your success.
  • Analytics. You will use sourcing metrics to continuously optimize your sourcing and advise your stakeholders.
  • Reporting. Using our recruitment system and LinkedIn Recruiter as project management tools and ensuring accuracy on your reporting will be core on your day to day.
  • Talent mapping and pooling. Aside from your open searches you will be part of projects aimed at ensuring talent pools for BCG’s future hiring needs and increasing diversity on your pipelines.
  • Sourcing related projects. Along with your core sourcing activities, you will both support and lead projects related to leveraging the function (Deploying new technologies/tools, establishing more efficient processes, running talent analysis to name a few).

YOU BRING (EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS)


  • You have a degree from a (vocational) college or university, ideally with a specialization in HR management or business psychology.
  • 2+ years of talent sourcing & recruiting experience gained in a leading retained search or professional services environment, including a proven track record of researching, identifying, and building quality talent pipelines. We highly appreciate candidates with more experience.
  • Expertise in establishing and further developing relevant processes to ensure the highest level of transparency.
  • Proven track record in guiding senior candidates through a discrete hiring process, providing advice, and forming a trust-based relationship.
  • You are proficient in the use of MS Office software, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Your written and spoken English is excellent and you are business proficient in German

YOU'LL WORK WITH


You'll be part of our interdisciplinary EMESA EH recruiting team, which is located in our offices across EMESA and you will report to the responsible Recruiting Manager, who will support you in your onboarding and personal development at BCG. At the same time you will work very closely with the local EMESA EH Recruiting team and local Recruiting manager and Recruiting team based in the Paris office. You will also always be able to draw upon the experience of your peers.
