WHAT YOU'LL DO

As a Recruiting Partner, you will be leading the full lifecycle of recruiting activities for all functions as part of the Global Services Recruiting Team. In partnership with other key members of the GS Recruiting team, you will manage the sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offers for all candidates in a high-volume, fast-paced, global setting. You will be responsible for maintaining high quality standards and delivering a positive experience for all candidates and key stakeholders at each phase of the recruiting process. In order to successfully lead the internal and external full lifecycle recruiting efforts, you must have excellent relationship and process management skills and effective in building lasting partnerships with internal hiring managers, the GS HR Team, HR in local offices and agency partners.

YOU'RE GOOD AT

You will help identify and attract top talent to meet the needs of our growing Global Services APAC hub in New Delhi.

· You will be required to work with the Hiring Manager to determine hiring SLA and targets to develop and identify profiles and specifications for technical, analytical and experienced professionals.

· You will do this by planning, coordinating and driving hiring activities , by developing strategic and creative sourcing strategies using an appropriate combination of direct sourcing, online postings, referrals, networking, and other relevant methods, and by attracting and further developing candidate interest in open roles.

· You will drive the candidate identification strategy through sourcing potential and passive candidates using multiple strategies; including cold calling into competitive companies, online databases, social media sites, Boolean keyword searching on internet portals, blogs and networking to continually expand your network through leveraging these groups.

· You will guide candidates through the full recruiting lifecycle and you will participate in recruiting related projects when needed (e.g., recruiting system design, reporting, innovation).

· You role will serve as a primary contact for all candidates, hiring managers, HR Managers, and search agency representatives (when used) for assigned requisitions

· Provide regular and timely updates and communications to candidates regarding their status in the process, consistent with the BCG recruiting brand

· Record, maintain and track all recruiting activities in Kenexa (BrassRing). Recruiter is responsible for ensuring records and statuses for all candidates and requisitions are accurate and up-to-date.

· In close partnership with the HR Managers, drive the candidate offer process, make salary recommendations & manage negotiations and close candidates.

· Ensure all applicant documentation and records meet compliance requirements for candidates at each phase of the recruiting process.

· As a subject matter expert, you will develop and share best practices and work with other recruiters to coordinate ongoing activities and events.

YOU BRING (EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS)

2 + years of end to end recruiting experience, (ideally into both IT & Non IT function )

· Exposure of working in different geographies beyond India.

· Experience working with recruitment applicant tracking software preferably Kenexa in a high volume and detail-oriented environment required.

· Experience in strong candidate & stakeholder management environments.

· Ability to take initiative with precise direction, strong interpersonal skills, and exceptional organizational and administrative skills driven by the desire to continuously improve our recruiting processes.

· Demonstrated experience and proven success-recruiting candidates from multiple disciplines and at various career levels.

· Understanding of recruiting related metrics to optimize performance
