Key Responsibilities
- Cybersecurity Leadership and Strategy: Lead the development and implementation of comprehensive cybersecurity roadmaps and strategic initiatives, aligning them with client objectives and digital transformation goals. Drive end-to-end security solutions from conceptual design to implementation, ensuring robust security architectures and frameworks are in place.
- Client Engagement and Project Management: Manage and oversee complex cybersecurity projects, ensuring excellence in delivery while maintaining stringent timelines and budgets. Provide expert security advisory and support to clients throughout major IT transformation programs, helping them achieve and maintain key security certifications such as ISO27001.
- Innovative Solution Development: Utilize advanced technologies like AI, blockchain, and cloud computing to design and refine innovative cybersecurity solutions. Tailor strategies to include aspects of identity & access governance, data protection, security monitoring, and network protection.
- Team Leadership and Development: Cultivate a supportive and inclusive team environment, promoting continuous learning and professional growth. Mentor team members, oversee the recruitment of top-tier talent, and foster a culture of excellence and innovation.
- Vendor and Stakeholder Management: Effectively select and manage relationships with security vendors, services, and solution providers to enhance the security offerings provided to clients.
Qualifications
- Educational and Professional Background: A university degree in cyber security, information technology, or a related field. A minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in IT security consulting or a similar role, demonstrating a track record of leading sizable and complex projects.
- Cybersecurity Expertise: Strong practical knowledge of cybersecurity operating processes and frameworks such as NIST, ISO/IEC 27000, and SABSA. Holders of professional certifications like CISSP, CISM, or ISO27001 are preferred.
- Leadership and Communication: Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to manage interdisciplinary teams and complex stakeholder relationships. Excellent communication skills in both Italian and English are required;
- Adaptability and Global Perspective: Comfortable working in global contexts and adaptable to rapidly changing environments. Readiness to travel extensively as required by client engagements and project demands.
