WHAT YOU'LL DO


As a Marketing Senior Coordinator within BCG’s Insurance Practice Area (PA), you will be fully responsible for the preparation and execution of the complex PA marketing activities across the full suite of internal and external marketing and communication activities and channels, in close collaboration with the Marketing Senior Manager, the PA leadership team and the global and local marketing teams. This includes the planning, execution and support of conferences, webinars, events and partnerships as well as tracking and reporting of marketing activities, coordination of communication activities and platforms and Social Media campaigns.

You will provide support (including onsite) for both internal and external events, evaluating INS events and partnerships success and assist with enhancing and updating the INS marketing dashboard along key metrics. You will apply a strategic and creative approach to craft compelling campaigns in support of business and go-to-market priorities for both internal and external audiences.


You will drive the coordination of the PA's social media campaigns aligned with our PA and global strategic objectives. You will actively prepare drafts of various internal communications, social media campaigns (including writing post copies and creating visual assets in Figma) as well as support go-to-market for publications. You will manage content distribution through mailings and online presence and be responsible for tracking and reporting to all stakeholders. You will also work with other PAs and BCG’ global and local marketing teams to ensure an ongoing exchange on best practice examples and innovation opportunities.

We work to strengthen and protect BCG’s brand, advance our business agenda, and partner with management to engage with our key audiences through tools such as global thought-leadership publications, public relations, recruitment marketing, and social media.


YOU'RE GOOD AT


  • Developing and executing a best-in-class suite of marketing & communication materials and activities that support our client teams in building and strengthening client relationships

  • Applying the full breath of events expertise (live/virtual/hybrid) to deliver a great experience - from concept design and planning to delivery and reporting, this includes driving end-to-end events: venue sourcing, events logistics, branding, stakeholder management, shaping events content, navigating internal compliance processes and campaign management: working with CRM and data processing

  • Making independent decisions within existing guidelines around marketing / comms activities preparation

  • Applying advanced knowledge and technical skills to support internal communication activities and platforms

  • Owning recurring analysis/ metrics dashboards and preparing budget updates for the Marketing Manager

  • Accurately tracking impact of marketing activities with Tableau, preparing the overview of PA marketing activities and its impact for dissemination to leadership team

  • Creating and executing impactful social media campaigns (organic and paid) with experience using Canva / Photoshop / Figma and Sprinklr – strong writing skills necessary.

  • Appling technical knowledge and creative skills to support the PA’s marketing activities (Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Wrike, Tableau, Sprinklr etc.)


YOU BRING (EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS)


  • 4-6+ years relevant experience

  • Bachelor’s degree

  • Ability to handle defined work area, process or smaller project with minimal guidance (sourcing, learning programs, etc.)

  • Ability to make independent decisions within existing guidelines, advising more junior team members

  • Excellent execution/ organizational/ communication skills

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills- Fluent in English

  • Proven analytical capabilities and out-the-box

  • Highly professional, service oriented, pro-active and flexible attitude

  • Ability to perform under pressure and demonstrate presence and maturity even in stressful situations

  • Ability to accommodate for global team environment

  • Advanced proficiency in Outlook, PowerPoint, Trello and Slack


You will work closely with the PA’s Global Sr Marketing Manager, PA Management & Operations Team, PA Knowledge team, PA leadership including Practice Area Leader, Marketing teams for other Practice Areas, as well as local marketing teams.
