What You'll Do

1. Design Solution Architecture for AI/ Gen AI enabled applications for use cases across functions (applications built using / integrating with AI/ Gen AI models)
2. Experience of architecting solutions for production grade AI/ Gen AI applications including RAG, Call Analytics, Conversational Bots (text and voice), AI/ Multi AI agents, AI based Search
3. Evaluating Agentic AI platforms from hyper scalers, AI native players and SaaS players
4. Integration of AI/ Gen AI platforms with Dialer / Telephony systems, Chat platforms, Mobile/ Digital Apps, CRM applications
5. Designing data platforms for Gen AI with ability to handle unstructured data and streaming data in real time across multiple modalities (text, voice, videos, images etc.)
6. Using Gen AI across SDLC lifecycles for improving overall Tech function effectiveness
7. Experience of designing Cloud based AI/ Gen AI applications
8. Expertise on designing data architectures for AI/ Gen AI applications including Vector DB, Graph DB, RDS, No SQL DBs depending on various use cases
9. Experience in design and implementation of event driven architectures, Microservices, Digital platforms
