What You'll Do

As a Part-Time Executive Assistant, you will provide dedicated administrative support to a Managing Director & Partner (MDP) based in Singapore during evening hours (5.30pm - 9.30pm). Your role is essential in managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and handling key administrative tasks so the MDP can focus on delivering client impact.

  • Provide dedicated evening administrative support to the MDP, in coordination with the MDP's full-time Executive Assistant (EA) based in Singapore.

  • Manage and update the MDP's calendar, ensuring accurate scheduling, resolving conflicts, and adjusting based on shifting priorities.

  • Coordinate virtual and in-person meetings, including preparing materials, managing logistics, and ensuring participants have what they need.

  • Maintain accurate records, digital files, and confidential information for ease of access and reference.

  • Review and respond to time-sensitive emails and requests during shift hours, escalating as appropriate.

  • Prepare and submit expense claims and timesheets as required.

  • Support ongoing tasks and requests from the Singapore-based EA, ensuring all delegated work is completed accurately and on time.

  • Provide reliable daily handover updates via email or other agreed channels, highlighting pending tasks, issues, or updates for the next working day.

  • Serve as backup for the Singapore-based EA during periods of leave or peak workload, ensuring continuity in support.

  • Maintain professionalism, discretion, and a strong sense of ownership in all interactions.



What You'll Bring

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in administrative or executive assistant roles, preferably in professional services.

  • Experience supporting CEOs or Partners is a plus.

  • Excellent organization and communication skills.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

  • Ability to work independently during evening hours (5.30pm - 9.30pm).

  • Discretion, reliability, and a strong sense of initiative.
