This is a role in the Global Services team. BCG's Global Services provides corporate support to the business in functions such as Finance, Legal, HR, Marketing and IT. This diverse team of experts, operators and specialists represent all levels from Managing Director and Partner to entry level staff, operating across the globe.
What You'll Do
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Video Production Specialist to join our team and bring compelling visual stories to life. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the full video production process—from concept development and scriptwriting to shooting, editing, and final delivery including link generation and archiving. You’ll collaborate closely with marketing, social media, and event teams to produce high-quality video content that elevates BCGs brand, our presence at events and our products and services. A strong eye for visual composition, technical proficiency with cameras and editing software, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment are essential.
The ideal candidate thrives both independently and in collaborative settings, bringing fresh ideas to the table while maintaining consistency with brand standards. You should be proficient in industry-standard tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and Photoshop, with enthusiastic about developing skills in cinematography. Experience with motion graphics is a plus. Additional info
You will be working within BCG Content Studio as part of a team of multimedia professionals delivering content which supports centrally driven initiatives. As part of this work, you will be working cross functionally with other teams within Global Marketing as well as the wider business (including our leadership).
