What You'll Do

The Corporate Finance & Strategy Practice (CFS) is BCG’s largest practice and combines rich expertise in corporate strategy concepts with a management methodology designed to create sustainable value for BCG clients. Our business is composed of three major businesses (Strategy, Corporate Finance and Transaction & Integration). We deliver strategic and analytic approaches that allow senior management to effectively deal with challenges such as generating growth, innovating companies, managing a portfolio of assets, forming a world-class finance organization, understanding risk, and responding to the way capital markets assess companies today. Effectively carrying out corporate transactions end-to-end, from portfolio decision to operational separation or from identifying an M&A target to integration, is also part of our offering.

As an Analyst – BCG Vantage within BCG's Corporate Finance & Strategy Practice Area, you will work in a growing global Strategy team, providing functional expertise and insights, working together with BCG case and proposal teams to deliver customized knowledge assets and expert advisory.

The candidate with collaborate with client teams to develop corporate strategies, shape business portfolios and evaluate strategic options to deliver robust recommendations. This position demands a data-driven approach, leveraging detailed financial analysis, competitive benchmarking, and comprehensive market assessments to produce thorough, insightful strategy fact packs and client recommendations.

Additionally, you will support your topic in developing existing & new intellectual property and knowledge assets. You will work closely with strategy topic experts and leaders to turn case learnings into products and IP. You will work on commercialization efforts for the topic/sector, with business leaders, supporting marketing efforts, conferences and publications.

What You'll Bring

• Master's degree relevant to Strategy; 1+ year of relevant work experience in Consulting preferred
• Or Bachelor's degree, with strict minimum of 1+ year consulting experience or 2+ years of relevant industry work experience in Strategy
• Fluency in English
• Strong business acumen and problem-solving capabilities
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
