What You'll Do

This position is responsible for main recruiting activities including Campus hiring, MBA hiring, industry/lateral hiring. This position coordinates the recruiting initiatives roll-out in line with global/region and local recruiting marketing activities and events. As a core member of recruiting team, this position is a main contact for recruiting related inquiries and recruiting related vendors/agencies (local search firms) and manages internal recruiting system.

  • Talent acquisition activities
  • Coordinate application process (resume screening, online case interview, interview process)
  • Manage recruiting related inquiries (applicants, students, vendors, global/regional recruiting counterparts, internal staffs)

  • Offer extension/selling/onboarding
  • Prepare for offer letter
  • Arrange selling activities
  • Notify onboarding process to new hires
  • Work for global/regional recruiting priorities

  • Recruiting data management & Analytics
  • Manage information of candidates and new hires in Recruiting system
  • Analyze the data related to recruiting funnel and efficiency

  • Recruiting marketing & employer branding
  • Plan, coordinate, and execute recruiting Offsite/Virtual/Overseas events including campus info sessions, networking events.
  • Manage end-to-end logistics for recruiting events: venue selection, scheduling, invitations, promotional materials, internal coordination, and real-time execution
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, university and networking group contacts to maximize visibility and engagement at each event
  • Conduct post-event follow-up: gather and analyze feedback via surveys, collect internal staff input on student attendees, and maintain the result in recruiting database
  • Maintain and update recruiting information on company website and various career centers or contact point
  • Maintain social communication channels

  • Periodic overall recruiting process upgrade (attracting, sourcing, screening process, interview process, offer letter upgrade, selling process, industry hire tenure guideline update, etc.)
  • Manage search firms and referral program
  • Manage Summer consultant Internship program
  • Search for competitors/market intelligence


What You'll Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree

  • At least 3 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment, ideally with in-house recruitment

  • Experience working in global companies or professional firm is preferable

  • Strong sense of ownership, high level of initiative and self-motivate

  • Collaborative team player and willing to learn new knowledge

  • Comfortable with agile and dynamic work environment

  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to maintain confidentiality of information

  • Strong communication skills

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy

  • Ability to analyze recruiting data and to find insights

  • Proficiency in MS office (excel, PowerPoint, word) and in digital content creation

  • Fluent in English (verbal and written)
