SUMMARY
We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist (f/m/d) to join our team in Switzerland. In this role, you will be responsible for planning and delivering on-campus recruiting events at top universities, with a focus on diversity and inclusion. You will accompany candidates through the entire recruiting journey, manage applications and offers, and ensure an excellent candidate experience. As part of our Zurich-based Talent Acquisition Team, you will also contribute to strategic projects and support the continuous development of our recruiting formats.
What You'll Do
We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team in Switzerland. In this role, you’ll focus on planning, organizing, and executing on-campus recruiting events across leading Swiss universities, with a strong emphasis on diversity and inclusion.
You’ll be a key representative of BCG, building meaningful relationships with students, introducing them to our firm, and guiding them through the entire recruiting journey—from initial outreach to offer management. You will also contribute to content development, event coordination, and ongoing enhancement of recruiting formats, ensuring a seamless and engaging experience for all participants.
Additionally, you will take full ownership of the candidate experience for our consulting roles. This includes managing applications, overseeing offers, and supporting selected candidates throughout the recruiting process.
You’ll also have the opportunity to work on strategic projects, and ad-hoc analyses, further enriching your impact within the Talent Acquisition team.
What You'll Bring
- A Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field. That said, if your background is in a different discipline, we still encourage you to apply—we value diversity of degrees and the unique perspectives they bring
- Relevant experience in Talent Acquisition, Event Management, or Marketing (2+ years preferred)
- A passion for people-centric topics and the ability to create engaging recruitment events
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple priorities with efficiency
- Excellent command of English and very good German language skills
- Availability to work on Thursdays and Fridays, with a third day chosen flexibly
