What You'll Do
Staffing is a business-critical function at the heart of what we do at BCG. As a Staffing Specialist, you will be responsible for assigning the right profiles to the right projects and clients. You will work closely with your fellow staffers and our Business Director to ensure the optimal deployment of consultants to Nordic projects and business development work. This position is a parental leave cover, ending at the end of August 2026.
You will be part of the staffing team at BCG Copenhagen, where we strive for excellence in all staffing processes for both internal staff and our partner group. We work in close collaboration with the full Nordic Staffing team, and you will actively contribute to solving the staffing puzzle across BCG Nordics
- Assigning staff to projects and business development work
- Maintaining an overview of upcoming projects and expected staffing needs
- Planning and monitoring consultants’ availability
- Matching business priorities and case demands with individual consultants’ development needs and staffing preferences
- Communicating staffing decisions to consultants and acting as their primary contact for staffing-related matters
- Participating in weekly pulse check calls and following up with consultants on their case experience and well-being
- Managing and updating staffing information in relevant systems, including BCG’s internal staffing tool (SAM), SharePoint, OneDrive, and others
- Supporting staffing analyses and ensuring smooth communication with all relevant stakeholders, including consulting staff, Finance, HR, and Global Staffing
What You'll Bring

- You likely hold a bachelor’s degree in HR or a related field, but what truly matters to us is your professional experience, drive, and track record.
- You have solid IT skills, particularly with Microsoft Office—especially PowerPoint and Excel.
- You are fluent in English, both spoken and written.

Staffers manage the entire life cycle of BCG consultants—from assigning them to cases and supporting their skill development to recognizing their contributions and facilitating career progression and mobility.
