What You'll Do
You will be supporting the ME Employee Engagement, Wellbeing and Diversity Team, specifically for the Riyadh office. This will include coordinating on-the- ground office activations, liaising with multiple departments, miscellaneous admin tasks and overall support for KSA employees.
You will be responsible for:
- Support in logistics coordination for on-the-ground activations within the office and/or an engagement lead external events
- Support planning and execution of cultural and social events such as National Day and other social activities
- Work closely with different departments to ensure smooth running of the office for events, new joiners and any office engagement
- Contribute the development of the ‘Riyadh Calendar of Events’, mapping local cultural and social happenings to all KSA staff
- Track participation metrics, engagement KPIs and budgets
- Assist with the outreach for new vendors such as mental wellbeing support clinics, physical wellbeing vendors and charities
- Assist with the outreach of schools to coordinate packages and discounts for BCGers
- Facilitate the onboarding process for new vendors, including documentation and integration into internal systems
- Assist in mapping and documenting internal processes related to permits, Majilis series logistics and other administrative workflows
- Coordinate with the facilities team to request permits for vendors visiting the offices
- Draft internal communications related to office events, wellbeing initiatives and engagement campaigns such as digital signage and slack messages
- Research and recommend localized engagement activities aligned with Saudi culture
- Respect all BCG information as personal and confidential
What You'll Bring
- Be a KSA university student—preferably in administration—and eligible for a COOP program.
- Fluency in English and Arabic.
- Strong communication skills to be able to converse with colleagues and clients from all backgrounds
- Proficient computer skills: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and willingness to learn
- Knowledge and experience of the Middle East and local practices would be an advantage
- You can solve routine problems by developing and choosing alternatives.
- You always pay great diligence as well as have a habit of keeping track of what’s going on around you.
- Organizational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities effectively.
- You have a strong ability to work under pressure without losing composure.
- You are results driven and self-motivated.
- Consistency, dependability, and accuracy in carrying out your responsibilities.
- Ability to perform successfully in a fast-paced, intellectually intense, service-oriented environment.
