What You'll Do
Are you a creative doer with a passion for crafting compelling digital stories and content? We are looking for a hands-on Content Creator Specialist to join our Nordic marketing team for a 12-month parental cover.
Your main responsibility will be to create content, from the first idea to the final product. You sometimes work independently, occasionally as a team, and always with support from our project leaders. You will:
- Create engaging visuals, produce videos, and write copies for our social and digital channels.
- Simplify complex topics into clear and attention-grabbing content tailored to different audiences.
- Concept, build and execute engaging visual content and creative campaigns.
- Handle multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
You will have creative freedom within a structured, supportive team. You will have lots of ownership and room to create, but you must also manage your projects, often working across teams and with many stakeholders.
We mostly create content for Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn – sometimes Web and Youtube. Here we seek to engage business leaders, young professionals, and students alike.
What You'll Bring
- Creativity takes many forms, and this role doesn’t require you to master them all equally. Whether your strength is visual storytelling, concept development, or copywriting, there’s space to lean into your strongest skills and opportunities to explore and learn in the role.
- Strong English skills. We write almost exclusively in English, and while you don't need to be a native speaker, you should feel comfortable expressing ideas effectively.
- You are fluent in Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Figma, or similar platforms independently, and without relying on preset templates.
- Ability to write clear and concise copy that catches attention
Most importantly, you are:
- A doer with a vision: self-sufficient, structured, and creatively curious.
- Eager to explore and experiment with digital trends and techniques
- Collaborative, but unafraid to challenge and push the work.
- Formal education in creative/visual communication, art direction, design, journalism, marketing, or related fields
- Previous content creation experience, especially from an agency, consultancy, or similar environment
Who You'll Work With
You’ll join BCG’s Nordic marketing team, responsible for enhancing and protecting the firm’s reputation as a global thought leader. Our primary focus includes strengthening BCG’s brand, advancing key business priorities, and strategically engaging our audiences. We utilize tools such as global thought-leadership publications, public relations initiatives, alumni engagement, recruitment marketing, and social media.
As part of the content team, you’ll play a central role in how we use storytelling to raise awareness and inspire action around some of the world’s most complex challenges.
