What You'll Do

  • Lead key talent-related projects within the Consulting Team (CT) People agenda. This role will be critical in addressing strategic talent management questions and driving necessary changes across various cohorts
  • Drive the implementation of people initiatives (e.g., CD of the Future, People Plan)
  • Collaborate closely with global and regional People teams (e.g., Diversity & Inclusion, Career Development, Staffing) to coordinate and support delivery
  • Analyze people survey data to identify trends and recommend action plans for leadership discussion
  • Join the CT Teaming@BCG team to support the daily operations and logistics of the rotating Teaming Coaches
  • Act as a key operations contact to ensure seamless execution of coaching activities for consulting case teams and the adoption of sustainable, collaborative ways of working that drive client impact
  • Serve as a point of reference for best practices in team effectiveness and digital collaboration tools and partner with consulting team leaders and functional teams (e.g., Staffing, Career Development) to enhance teaming capabilities.
  • Design and execute internal communication strategies that reinforce company culture and drive engagement
  • Manage internal communication channels (e.g., intranet, newsletters, office meetings, ...), ensuring content is timely, relevant, and aligned with organizational goals
  • Produce compelling and clear internal content such as announcements, presentations, video scripts, and employee-facing materials
  • Coordinate internal events and campaigns that support employee connection and organizational transparency
  • Measure communication effectiveness through feedback and engagement metrics; identify opportunities for improvement


What You'll Bring

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor's degree; Master’s or MBA preferred
  • 5+ years of experience in talent management, ideally within a global or professional services environment or 3+ years of consulting experience
  • Proven ability to lead and implement change and transformation programs across geographies or functions
  • Strong data analysis skills with the ability to interpret people-related data and translate insights into actions
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Spanish
  • Proficiency in digital tools including MS Office (especially Excel)
  • Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure
  • Experience working with sensitive information with discretion and sound judgment
  • Familiarity with agile ways of working and hybrid collaboration models
  • Ability to influence and collaborate with cross-functional and senior-level stakeholders
