What You'll Do
Risk & Advisory Support
- Conduct and support risk-based compliance assessments across NAMR, identifying issues, proposing mitigations, and supporting continuous improvement as part of BCG’s System Commercial Advisory process
- Provide guidance on compliance queries and escalate complex matters to senior leadership when necessary
- Monitor evolving regulatory and compliance risks, helping to identify potential emerging issues
Program Execution & Guardrails
- Support roll-out and adaptation of global compliance initiatives across the NAMR region
- Track and monitor policy implementation, compliance training, and escalation processes to ensure adoption
- Consolidate and report on compliance risks and mitigation measures for regional leadership
Stakeholder Engagement & Relationships
- Build and maintain trust-based relationships with peers, local system staff, and junior stakeholders
- Act as a key point of contact for regional compliance questions, ensuring issues are addressed promptly and effectively
- Collaborate with Legal, Risk, and other functional teams to ensure consistency and alignment with BCG’s global compliance priorities
Training, Communication & Culture
- Contribute to the development and delivery of training and communication initiatives to embed a culture of compliance
- Help translate complex regulatory topics into actionable, business-friendly language
Team Collaboration
- Provide guidance and informal coaching to junior team members, contributing to their growth and development
- Participate in cross-regional projects and working groups to share insights and best practices

What You'll Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline. Advanced degree preferred
- 5–7 years of experience in compliance, risk management, audit, legal, or related functions within professional services, consulting, or global corporate environments
- Prior BCG or professional services experience strongly preferred
- Proven track record of leading risk assessments, advising senior leadership, and driving process improvement
- Proven ability to execute compliance programs, advise stakeholders, and contribute to process improvements
- Strong command of Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word), Trello, and familiarity with business intelligence tools (Tableau, Power BI)
- Commitment to confidentiality required
Who You'll Work With
You will be part of the NAMR Compliance Team reporting to the NAMR Senior Director. This team sits within a network of regional Compliance teams which report into the Global Head of Compliance and Chief risk officer.
You will regularly engage with stakeholders across the business including Managing Directors and Partners, Risk & Compliance Nodes, Legal, Finance, and other cross-functional partners.

Total compensation for this role includes base salary, annual discretionary performance bonus, retirement contribution, and a market leading benefits package described below.
The base salary range for this role begins at $115,000 in our lowest cost US region and goes up to $152,333.33 in our highest cost US region. Your recruiting contact can share more about the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process
This is an estimated range, however, specific base salaries within the range depend on various factors such as experience and skill set. It is not common for new BCG employees to be hired at the high-end of the salary range. BCG regularly reviews its ranges to ensure market competitiveness.
In addition to your base salary, your total compensation will include a bonus of up to 16% and a generous retirement contribution that starts at 5% and moves to 10% after 2 years.
