What You'll Do

The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing custom software solutions within the Legal Product Portfolio and supporting ongoing operational product activities. You will work in an Agile squad environment and contribute directly to all aspects of the product delivery cycle. This role serves as a bridge between legal and business needs and technical delivery, ensuring that solutions align with organizational goals.

• As a key technical resource, you will:
  • Actively code and deliver high-quality custom features and enhancements
  • Collaborate with the team to design and implement solutions for user stories, assessing complexity and required effort
  • Produce clear, concise technical documentation; contribute to design discussions; and help bring the product vision to life
  • Support related activities, including architecture reviews, testing, deployment, and ongoing operations
    
    
• You will play a strategic role in driving digital transformation in Legal by:
  • Automating workflows to improve efficiency
  • Integrating with enterprise platforms to strengthen connectivity across the business

What You'll Bring

• 3–5 years of experience developing custom software solutions.
• Proficient in full-stack development with experience in react
• Ability to quickly learn new languages such as React, Python, and C#.
• Strong knowledge of web technologies and protocols: HTML, CSS, JavaScript/jQuery, XML, and related frameworks
• Interest in exploring GenAI tools such as AWS Bedrock
• Experience with cloud platforms (Azure/AWS), Docker, and Kubernetes
• Knowledge of database design and
• Hands-on experience with GitHub CI/CD pipelines, Octopus Deploy, and monitoring tools such as Datadog
• Proven ability to build secure, modern applications using contemporary architectures
• Fluent English with strong presentation, writing, and verbal skills
