What You'll Do

What You’ll Do

As an Office Experience Assistant in BCG’s Atlanta office, you’ll play a vital role in creating a professional, welcoming, and well-maintained workplace environment. As part of the broader Office Experience team, you’ll be a key contributor to daily office operations, from maintaining shared spaces to supporting meetings, events, and affiliation activities. You’ll be part of a passionate, service-minded team that brings BCG’s culture to life through exceptional workplace experiences. You’ll also serve as a key liaison with vendors and facilities contacts to ensure that office needs are addressed efficiently. In this highly visible role, you’ll deliver thoughtful, hospitality-driven service to staff and guests alike, while flexing across responsibilities to support team priorities.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Maintaining general office appearance and cleanliness by proactively monitoring shared spaces, restocking supplies, resetting meeting rooms, and ensuring surfaces and equipment are clean and ready for use
  • Supporting maintenance and repairs by reporting facility issues and liaising with vendors, building staff, and the Office Experience team as needed
  • Monitoring and stocking office supplies in shared areas, including printers and collaboration zones; ordering and organizing supplies as necessary
  • Coordinating catering logistics for internal meetings or events, including setup, teardown, and food service presentation
  • Managing conference room readiness by ensuring rooms are clean, properly configured, and equipped with necessary supplies and basic tech support
  • Handling mailroom responsibilities, including receiving, sorting, and distributing mail and packages, and coordinating courier services as needed
  • Maintaining kitchen areas by restocking food and beverage items, cleaning surfaces and appliances, and monitoring kitchen inventory and equipment
  • Supporting internal events and affiliation efforts, including setup, signage, and other logistics
  • Providing backup coverage for Office Experience teammates during peak periods or when colleagues are out of office

  • Lifting and moving supplies (including beverages and packages) safely, and using tools like carts or step ladders when needed
  • Representing the Office Experience function with professionalism, dependability, and a hospitality mindset


What You'll Bring

You Bring (Experience & Qualifications)

  • Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred
  • 0–2 years of experience in administrative support or customer service, ideally in a fast-paced or professional services environment
  • Strong service orientation and hospitality mindset
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and willingness to learn new systems
  • Ability to work periodic overtime as needed and be in office 5 days a week

Additional Information

This role currently requires 5 days a week in office presence. This in-office plan allows for critically important learning, collaboration and networking with our colleagues.

Compensation Information:

Total compensation for this role includes base salary, annual discretionary performance bonus, contributions to BCG’s Profit Sharing and Retirement Fund (PSRF), and a market leading benefits package described below.

The base salary range for this role is $48,000-$53,300.

This is an estimated range and specific base salaries within the range depend on factors such as office location, experience, and skill set. It is not common for new BCG employees to be hired at the high-end of the salary range. BCG regularly reviews its ranges to ensure market competitiveness.

In addition to your base salary, your total compensation will include a discretionary bonus of up to 12% and a generous retirement contribution that starts at 5% and moves to 10% after 2 years.
