Our consultants keep things running for our clients. But who keeps things running for the Group? That's the job of our Business Management and Operations Team. Become a part of the team and help the Group succeed behind the scenes—whether as Assistant, Receptionist, Facility Staff, Team Lead, or Office Manager.
What You'll Do
As a Working Student on our Copy Center & Internal Services Team, you’ll play a vital role in keeping our Düsseldorf office running smoothly and efficiently. Your work will combine operational support, service excellence, and hands-on teamwork - no two days are ever the same.
- Manage copy, print, and binding requests for presentations and internal materials with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Oversee office supplies and inventory, including printing materials, beverages, snacks, and sanitary products, ensuring everything is well stocked.
- Support maintenance requests and office inquiries in coordination with Facility Management.
- Assist in internal events and projects, taking care of logistics, setup, and coordination to maintain a positive office atmosphere.
- Handle ad hoc tasks such as plant care, errands, or small deliveries - keeping daily operations running seamlessly.
- Provide occasional support at the reception, welcoming guests and ensuring a pleasant experience.
- Assist other departments when needed, for example during events or busy periods.
- Create and format PowerPoint presentations and internal communications, using your Microsoft Office skills (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Contribute to internal communications, such as short updates, infoscreens, or office signage.
- Support improvement initiatives like organizing storage areas or promoting sustainability and recycling.
What You'll Bring
- You are studying for a bachelor's or master's degree (with at least two years of study remaining at your start date and no mandatory internships planned).
- You communicate competently and professionally in German and English
- You’re proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
