What You'll Do
BCG Experts are integrated into a BCG team and leverage deep expertise on projects that reshape businesses. They are given end-to-end responsibility for large and complex “modules” within a BCG project, may lead small but high-impact teams to drive results for our clients, and contribute to BCG’s intellectual capital. They work closely with clients to understand their issues, create strategies for change, and win buy-in for recommendations, while also collaborating with colleagues on complex client issues
•You’ll be instrumental in advancing our culture, change management topic from the lens of AI/GenAIdeployment & transformation. As a change management expert, you will lead project modules, developspecialized knowledge, and build capabilities to drive transformative client work. You'll collaborate closely withclients to understand their challenges, create strategies, gain buy-in, and work with BCG teams to turn potentialinto performance.
•You will serve as a key member on AI, GenAI, Digital transformation, supporting leadership in setting andexecuting the strategic agenda for POP in large transformation programs.
•You will lead efforts in pipeline cultivation, proposal development, and business growth. Codify learnings andbest practices, and help shape new offerings.
•Build key relationships within and outside the firm to gain client trust and support transformative initiatives.oDevelop and maintain connections with industry practitioners, CHROs, technology officers, COOs, and Chief Transformation Officers.oCollaborate with BCG leadership to manage the portfolio of vendor services and onboard necessary capabilities as required.oDrive thought leadership across BCG practice areas, focusing on culture, change management, and people transformation, with an emphasis on AI/GenAI initiatives.
•Based in India, you will support Asia pacific region, will travel depending on the project requirements.
What You'll Bring
We are looking for exceptional talent from consulting or industry to join us.
•8- 12 years of Change Management, culture & people transformation, with 5+ years if experience in digitaltransformation and advanced analytics. A proven track record of leading change initiatives within a digitaltransformation environment is highly desirable, especially for global organizations across multiple programs
•Thorough understanding of AI/GenAI/Analytics and digital transformation use cases and deployment in large scaleprojects.
•Understanding of various industries and experience in leading diagnostics and client pitches on technologytransformation and change management is a plus.
International experience is a plus. Ability to lead as well as perform individual contributor roles, with experience in working with multifaceted teams
Professional Skills & Other Attributes:
oEducation: MBA or Master’s degree from a top tier institute with a strong academic record
oClient service orientation, including commercial capabilities
oProven track record of interacting with senior stakeholders
oAnalytical and structured with excellent problem-solving skills (hypothesis driven approach, advancedquantitative analysis skills etc.)
oAbility to synthesize the impact of policy and drive to the “so what” for business
oStrong interpersonal and communication skills with internal and external stakeholders
oExcellent written and spoken English.

You will play a crucial role to advance our culture, change management and people transformation capabilities with focus on GenAI topic through case execution, client development, and the creation of intellectual property and products.
